IJB: Intentions Juice & Smoothie Bar was created with the goal to challenge one's mind on being intentional about what they feed their body. What began as a home endeavor to create a healthier lifestyle evolved into creating a space for the community to be intentional. We provide a wide range of juices and smoothies with options to create your own!

How has the community embraced your juices?

IJB: Our juices have been received well! They love the balance and the fact that they are able to consume their daily servings of fruits and vegetables

We love that you do custom blends, what’s the most creative customer juice you’ve made?

IJB: OMG! It was literally every ingredient on the menu!!

You offer a monthly subscription option, what are the benefits of subscribing?

IJB: The subscription offers a reminder that you've prepaid for weekly juice, and you receive exclusive discounts upon each visit

What are the main benefits of a juice cleanse?

IJB: Juice cleanses are a perfect reset to any health goals. whether it’s for weight loss, energy boosts, or detoxifying your body, our cleanse assists with all of the above

What are some common misconceptions people have about juicing?

IJB: That it's hard! I would say I was one who felt that way and it was mainly because it’s extremely time consuming (hence why I refuse to juice at home) and that it’s not good for you, The majority of people aren’t getting their recommended daily fruits and vegetables and Juicing provides just that. Not to mention we are all organic.

When you’re ready to unwind, where is your favorite place in the PNW?

IJB: Anywhere near water! Ruston way has been my absolute favorite especially now that there are so many shops there.
