For the 11th week of "7 QUESTION SUNDAY" we shine the spotlight on Jessi Clifton. Wife, soon to be mother and Lifestyle/Wellness coach.

4EVRGRN: Hey Jessi, tell us a little about yourself.

JC: I was Born and raised in Oceanside, CA but relocated to Tacoma after falling in love with the area and my husband accepting a job to take over a Chiropractic office during a brisk fall day where the mountain was out and the drinks were flowing with friends who already called this place home. People say we are crazy for leaving the Southern California beach life, but I think they are crazy because they don't know what they are missing in the beauty and culture that is the PNW, our new home.

Here’s how Jessi answered our 7 Questions…

4EG: What makes the PNW unique? 

JC: It's charm and grittiness. I've lived many places, but no place like Tacoma has passion, culture, a touch of hood, openness, and community. There is so much pride in this city.

4EG: Where’s your favorite escape in the PNW? 

JC: While I would love to say it's driving through Snoqualmie, getting on a ferry to one of the other islands, or a stroll on one of the waterways, it has to be a tiny little dead end street above Point Ruston on a street with no name that overlooks the Sound and Construction... when a mailman isn't taking a break, teenagers getting inebriated, or a young couple making out aren't there. :)

4EG: Best meal in the PNW? 

JC: I'm a huge fan of The Forum in downtown. Lowkey, amazing food, games to play, and a variety of drinks.

4EG: What’s the one thing anyone who visits must see or do? 

JC: 5 Mile Drive and Owens Beach. They will naturally already see more of the city life, but this little gem is always impressive to showcase especially when you pull off at all the viewpoints.

4EG: What do you miss most when you’re outside the PNW? 

JC: The environment. There are not many places where you get the trees, hiking trails, mountains, city life, water activities all in one place.

4EG: Favorite PNW activity? 

JC: Going out on the water whether it be the sound or one of the many lakes. But then also sitting at a local bar and talking to the person next to me. Everyone is just so welcoming and nice (compared to other places I've lived)

4EG:Best local product?

JC: Would I be sucking up if I say 4EVRGRN? haha No but really, anything locally made is the best here. It's a very down to earth artistic community with clothing, artwork, jewelry, etc. That you can't get anywhere else. Screw the big box basic bitch stores. haha
