Lisa Marie Wagner
For the 133rd week of "7 QUESTION SUNDAY" we shine the spotlight on another influential individual from the PNW. Lisa Marie Wagner is a veteran of the Navy using her skill and gifts to help PNW residents find their dream homes.
4EVRGRN: Hey, LM! Tell us a little about yourselves.
LM: Hi, I’m Lisa Marie Wagner a local Realtor and lover of the PNW! I grew up in Pierce and Kitsap Counties before serving in the U.S. Navy. Once back home, I settled down in Tacoma to raise her daughter Kaity. We are now working together as a top producing mother and daughter real estate team!
I use my talent a servant’s heart, passion for community and knowledge of the South Sound to skillfully guide our clients through each transaction. I apply 20+ years of sales and customer service to negotiate in our client’s best interest. When not working on my real estate business you will find me out supporting local businesses with my daughter Kaity or renovating investment properties with my husband Michael.
What makes living in the PNW so special?
LM: The combination of mountains, Puget Sound, coastline, islands, old forest growth, rivers and freshwater lakes is breathtaking. We are blessed to live in unsurpassed beauty all around us here in the PNW.
What is the one thing you wish everyone in the PNW would consider before purchasing a home?
LM: Choosing the right realtor! This is the largest purchase of your life. Make sure you hire a realtor that is experienced and has excellent communication skills. I've won many multiple offer situations for my buyers by having impeccable communication with the listing broker.
What advice would you give a new PNW homeowner?
LM: Hire qualified contractors for maintenance and repairs. I have a checklist I provide my clients for seasonal maintenance items such as cleaning gutters, replacing air filters, etc. It's important to keep your home healthy!
What makes selling homes in the PNW so fun?
LM: Helping my clients build wealth through real estate! And it's a bonus that I work with my daughter helping make dreams come true one home at a time.
You are so involved in the community, how does the PNW inspire you?
LM: The diversity in our community is what inspires me. Diversity brings new experiences, ideas and creativity. We can all learn from each other.
Wildest PNW home selling experience?
LM: The average equity gain for a PNW homeowner in 2021 was $103,000. Now that's WILD! If you’re renting, I'd love to help you put a strategic plan together to become a homeowner.
Favorite place to escape in the PNW?
LM: Anywhere on the water or on a trail! My favorite thing to do is float on the water in the warm PNW sunshine. Highly recommend!
